Cancellation Policy

Frwdstrong Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies 1. Booking Policy 1.1 All appointments, consultations, or program enrollments must be booked through the designated platform (e.g., website, app, or email). 1.2 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit (if applicable). 1.3 Participants will receive a confirmation email with session details upon successful booking. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1 Participants may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid penalties. 2.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% session fee or forfeit the session entirely, depending on the package terms. 2.3 Missed sessions without notice are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. 2.4 In cases of emergencies, exceptions may be made at Frwdstrong’s discretion. 3. Refund Policy for Cancellations 3.1 Refunds for cancellations made in compliance with the 24-hour notice requirement will be processed within 7 business days. 3.2 Refunds are not available for no-shows or late cancellations. 4. Waitlist Policy 4.1 Participants may join the waitlist for fully booked sessions or programs. 4.2 Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 4.3 When a spot becomes available, participants will be notified via email or text and must confirm within 12 hours to secure the spot. 4.4 Failure to confirm within the specified time frame will result in the spot being offered to the next participant on the waitlist. 5. Changes or Cancellations by Frwdstrong 5.1 Frwdstrong reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, instructor availability). 5.2 In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered a reschedule or full refund. 6.
